On January 19, 2013, over 10 youth boys gathered on the basement of a MUNA house and had tons of fun. We played Black Ops 2 on the X-box. Sadly we couldn't go to bowling. The time was too short to book a bowling party, and the money wasn't thriving. Still, our session today made up for that. Food was typical fast food lunch, soda, french fries, and fried chicken. Insha'allah in the third week of February, we will have the needs to go bowling.
Program on Saturday January 19, 2013 On Saturday January 19, the youth boys of Jackson Heights subchapter will be going on a trip. Either soccer, bowling, or video games. Check out the poll on the side. Whichever choice is most votes will be the place we go too depending on the weather. Polls close on January 18, 2013 6:00pm.
On January 12, 2013, 2 great teams debated with the topic: Is America a Favorable Place to Practice Islam. The con team won by 5%. They presented on things of how there are tons of other better places where Muslims can learn Islam. Still, the pro team did very well too. They presented on topics such as every religion faced discrimination at one point. Over all the debate was great.
Don't miss next week. We all go bowling! You could find more info on the message board in a few days.
